FOSTERING COLLABERATION
MARC A SCHWARTZ
Ph.D. Clinical Psychologist
My greatest passion is understanding people…
After a rewarding career leading global teams and crafting innovative strategies for some of the world’s most recognized organizations, I realized my greatest passion lay in understanding people—solving business problems and helping individuals navigate their personal journeys. This realization inspired a bold pivot: I embraced a second act as a therapist.
Today, I combine decades of experience in leadership, strategic problem-solving, and human connection with my training as a Ph.D. clinical psychologist. I’ve transitioned from guiding teams to guiding lives, using evidence-based therapeutic practices like CBT, EMDR, DBT, and mindfulness to help clients overcome anxiety, trauma, substance use challenges, and relationship struggles. My mission is to create a safe, affirming space where individuals can explore their stories, heal from past wounds, and uncover their inner strength.
My past profoundly informs my work. My skills in navigating complex challenges, fostering collaboration, and uncovering clarity in chaos seamlessly translate to the therapy room. Whether working with LGBTQ+ clients facing identity challenges, supporting those who live with substance use disorder, or helping someone find their way through a significant life transition, I bring empathy, insight, and a commitment to empowerment.
